South Africa has a very high unemployment rate with many living below the poverty line. The Pandemic which the world experienced in 2020 did make things better. Many families have been devasted with hundreds of thousands out of work and unable to feed themselves or their families. HSK Foundation cares and wants to help. HSK Foundation continually provide food parcels  to families directly and also through intermediaries and also provide vouchers for families to get food at food banks 

Nelson Mandela once said : “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” “The power of education extends beyond the development of skills we need for economic success. It can contribute to nation-building and reconciliation.” At HSK Foundation, we recognize the need for education and believe that every child has the right to education. Without education, our communities would continually experience the ills of crime, rape, poverty, and under-development. We aim to educate at least 100 pupils per year as part of our contribution to society.

South Africa has one of the highest rates of alcohol consumption and drug abuse. Alcohol and drugs are the main reason youths in South Africa are unable to meaningfully contribute to society. HSK Foundation is committed to rehabilitating individuals who have found their lives shattered by these ills. Our rehabilitation programs do not only involve helping individuals fight these addictions  but also consists of programs aimed at getting them ready for the job market
